Estra SaidI bought the dress . I am a big girl and the style makes you look great and feel even better. If you measure and use their guide, the dress is true to size. The only reason I gave it a 4 was the packaging. It arrived in a soft envelope all wrinkled. I have to have it steamed before wearing. Cnyoung SaidI ordered this dress praying it would make it in time for my daughter's homecoming. It took 11 days from the time I placed the custom size order until it was delivered at my door. It fits her like a glove. The customer service was very quick about responding to questions and keeping me updated on the progress. The only problems I had were I had to pay a COD charge of $54 (I'm guessing for the US Customs) that I was not expecting to pay and on the custom ordering it says that they add 2 inches
